We are the Hot Rod and Custom Car division of GIS Automotive Inc.

Located in Glenshaw PA, just outside of Pittsburgh, GIS Automotive has been repairing cars with integrity in our body shop since 1981.

We have a great reputation as a body shop but our passion has always been building hot rod cars and custom cars.

Our cars have been recognized with articles in the main Hot Rod and Custom Car magazines. One of the cars we built, “Second Wind”, has won several prestigious national awards including Most Outstanding Rod and Outstanding Paint at the 2011 Detroit Autorama. The car was selected the honor of Street Roadster Class Champion from its participation in the ISCA Championship Finals in Omaha, NE. in April, 2011. In addition, ”Second Wind” has been named the 2011 Goodguys “Hot Rod of the Year” and was a feature car at the 2011 SEMA Show in Las Vegas

We have made many awesome hot rods and custom cars. We have done some great restorations and upgrades to muscle cars

While some of our cars win national awards, many are never entered in competitions
